As the title suggests, Lazy Town is about a town with people prone to being lazy. Stephanie, the pink-haired girl comes to Lazy Town and meets a whole bunch of kids and adults. One of the adults, Robbie Rotten lives under the town and happens to be the laziest villains of all. He hates it when the kids start to become active and start to have fun.
Luckily, Lazy Town is also home to Sportacus, a super active hero that encourages the kids to be active. He helps Stephanie and her friends overcome the tricks of Robbie Rotten and guide them into making healthy lifestyle choices such as being active and eating fruits and vegetables or what he likes to call as “sports candy”.

The characters looked a bit strange, but the music & dancing was energetic. I think it will get kids to get moving & be more active. Yes, I would let my child watch this.

My kids love this show. Their playtime stops when this show is on. They converge in front of the TV and jump and shout and sing with the characters. Even during their playtime, they assign themselves a character and do a role play.
